General Manager, Amon Johnson and his wife, Hidden Valley Inn’s Executive Chef, Natascha, are your gracious hosts while visiting.
Amon and Natascha hale from South Africa and share a love of hospitality, luxury and entertaining that lends to the intimate experience of Hidden Valley Inn & Reserve. The couple manages the property with complimentary expertise. Amon began his career as a guide in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, and has a deep-rooted love of wildlife, adventure and conservation; and Natascha’s expertise and passion is in entertaining and cuisine. An IFSEA certified food executive, Natascha has instructed culinary arts at the International Hospitality School in South Africa, appeared on BBC's Ainsley Harriet Show and has published recipes in the cookbook: Wycked Chefs. Her interests also extend into include the floral landscape, local culture and conservation.
Amon and Natascha welcome with to Hidden Valley together with Bruce Chaplin, assistant manager, and Raul Rodriguez, marketing manager and the rest of the Hidden Valley Staff.
