Summer 2013 Family Adventures

04/09/2013

Hidden Valley Inn & Reserve welcomes families to adventure this summer with options and tours perfect for the whole brood.

Hidden Valley’s 7000-acre private reserve is filled with exploration, activity and experiences.  Our trails include handmade wooden bridges, natural swimming holes, outposts for picnicking and relaxing and five major waterfalls.  Teeming with wildlife, including rare plants, birds and animals, the property provides a naturalist adventure and can be explored on foot, on one of our Cannondale 21-gear mountain bikes or by horseback.

Nearby, sporting adventures include canoeing and kayaking, exploring the vast underground caverns of Belize, zip-lining the jungle canopy, river tubing and more.  In addition, enlightening excursions that explore the remains of the ancient Maya include the temple Xunantunich, the City of Caracol and the Cahal Pech residences.

Belize is a world of wonder and provides educational and eye-opening experiences suitable for school age children and adults alike.

Xunatunich combines active exploration, Maya history, natural exploration and more.

Throughout this summer, Hidden Valley Inn & Reserve is welcoming families that want a vacation experience.  In addition to the standard family policy, where kids under 12 stay free with an accompanying adult in the room, a number of family packages are available.

“Hidden Valley Summer” offers 4 nights for the price of 3 and includes one complimentary Hidden Valley Inn tour per room.  Choose from a trail tour such as Butterfly Falls, the Cascade Trail, 1000 foot falls, Devil's Falls a night walk and more.

Hidden Valley Inn’s Early Bird Booking special rate is $175 per person, per night and includes ground transfer to and from Belize City.  Minimum of 3 nights stay is required and bookings must be made before May 15, 2013 (travel window: now until October 31, 2013).
